Jenny Hjul has edited Fish Farmer for the past four years, taking it from a bi-monthly to monthly publication, increasing its readership and raising its profile in the industry. Before aquaculture, she was a newspaper journalist, covering politics and current affairs for most of the titles, and still writes regularly for the Scottish press. She has worked in London and Sydney and is now based in Edinburgh.
